Quick Algorithm Analytics is looking for a talented, motivated, and entrepreneurial Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's administrative, financial, and accounting activities, supporting its growth in a rapidly expanding market. This role represents a great opportunity for learning and growth, and you will work closely with the Head of Growth and the startup's CEO. We will rely on you to help us achieve our priorities and support our growth. The ideal candidate should be positive, adaptable, and proactive.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Diploma in Accounting or a student/graduate in Administration, Finance and Control
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Problem-solving and flexibility in facing new situations
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Willingness to take on challenges in the dynamic environment of a growing startup
- Good knowledge of English
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT QUICK ALGORITHM
- Management of the company's financial and accounting documentation
- Management of periodic accounting compliance and reporting
- Management of invoices
- Support in preparing periodic financial reports and reporting to banks and investors
- Registration on supplier portals and management of relations with customer administration
- Collaboration with the labor consultant and the payroll management company for the checking of payrolls and hte management of monthly accounting
- Support in the management of employment contracts, deadlines, and compliance related to employment contracts in collaboration with the labor consultant
- Assistance in the management and periodic reporting of inventory
- Management of orders, customs clearance, and deliveries
- Support in general office management tasks
- Assistance to the CEO in daily organizational tasks (e.g. organizing meetings)
